I am so happy to have the opportunity to work with you again in person! It is definitely a MIXED MEDIA MASHUP!” -Mira M. White

This workshop will focus on a variety of innovative techniques with oil/ cold wax and pigment sticks.  During our time together we will work with a variety of mixed media methods, including both dry media (pastels, dry pigments, graphite) exploring the diversity of cold wax & oil.  We will begin with morning exercises which you then will be able to apply to your panels. It will be advisable to begin under-paintings with acrylic to expedite drying.

This workshop is for continuing painters excited about combining cold wax, oil, pigment sticks, and perhaps some collage.

This is an in-person workshop. Due to the pandemic, enrollment will be limited to 7 participants, wearing masks, gloves and honoring social distancing. Mira has also requested that all participants be vaccinated in order to register.
